Perfect breakfast - Muesli

This is an easy, healthy breakfast. Add any nuts you like as well as dried fruit...YUM!

Muesli
Ingredients
8 cups oats
1 cup soft brown sugar
1.5 cups wheat germ
1.5 cups sunflower seeds
2 cups coconut
2 cups bran
1 Tbls cinnamon
0.5 cups oil
0.75 cups honey
2 tsp vanilla
400 gr raisins
200 gr flaked almonds (or any other nuts)

Method
Put the oven on 140ÂșC.
Mix the oats, sugar, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, coconut, bran and cinnamon.
Heat the oil, honey and vanilla in a pot.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.When cooked, add the raisins and the nuts.
